The apartment is only a short walk into Gosport Town Centre and the nearby marinas from where you are then only a short 4 minute ferry ride to Portsmouth and the vibrant Gunwharf Quays which has a fantastic array of restaurants, shops and bars.

Accommodation

The apartment has recently been redecorated and refurnished to a very good 4* star standard with a modern fitted kitchen and 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite), a main bathroom off the entrance hallway and a spacious open plan lounge/diner/kitchen.

The main lounge/dining area is modern and contemporary with laminated flooring and large windows affording plenty of natural light overlooking landscaped gardens to the side.  It is comfortable and well furnished with dining for up to 6 people and there is a large flat screen wall mounted TV, DVD player and Bluetooth Music Speaker.

The open plan kitchen is very well fitted with clean modern units, practical ceramic tiled flooring, modern worktops, fully integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, oven/hob/extractor hood, plus microwave, cafetiere and all other essential mod cons.

The master bedroom is off the entrance hallway accommodating a large 6ft Superking size double bed which can split to create 2 singles, a modern built in mirrored wardrobe, a large dressing chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Off the master bedroom is a good size walk in en-suite with corner shower, toilet, wash hand basin, tall towel rail with natural lighting and ventilation.

The second bedroom also accommodates another large 5ft King size double bed which can spilt to create 2 singles, a modern double wardrobe and bedside cabinets with both bedrooms having crisp white cotton linen.

The modern fitted bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, wash hand basin, a tall towel rail and fresh white towels are provided in each bedroom for each guest prior to your arrival.

All linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly with a mid week maid service available on request.

Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for young children, pets or those with limited mobility.
