The Cote Vermeille; this unspoilt coastline weaves alongside the Mediterranean Sea past the rocky coves and fishing ports of Collioure and Port Vendres to the wide sandy beaches of Argeles and Canet with its salt flats and the nesting flamingos. This provides a wide range of water sports and coastal activities for people of all ages to enjoy; paragliding, windsurfing and diving amongst others. This area is particularly beautiful with the vineyards terraced into the mountainside overlooking the sea.
